We are an Association of Industries representing industries located in
Patalganga, Rasayani and surrounding industrial areas falling under the
Khalapur and Panvel constituencies of the State of Maharashtra, India.
The Association has been established since the year 1984 with clearly defined objectives.
The Association is a Non-Government Organization (NGO), a democratic institution and a
Charitable Trust, registered under the
Charitable Trust Act, 1949 and the
Cooperative Society Act, 1956.
It is governed and operated strictly on the principles of cooperation.
The Association is primarily a non-profit organization. Any funds generated through
operations or received as donations are committed exclusively for social causes—primarily related to industrial
development and subsequently for the welfare of the community at large. Utilization of donated funds is always
carried out in accordance with the specific directives of the donors.
Objectives of the Association
To support already established and upcoming manufacturing units by addressing their common issues and requirements
through the following initiatives:

A) Representing industries and coordinating with regulatory authorities such as
MIDC (Local / Town Planning Authority), Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health, Collectorate,
District Industries Centre, Labour Commissionerate, Zilla Parishad, Village Panchayats, Public Works Department
and other government or non-government bodies for common concerns and industrial interests.

B) Coordinating and contributing towards the development of common infrastructure
required by member industries.

C) Supporting and coordinating activities related to social responsibility
requirements of industries.

D) Establishing, organizing, or managing community development initiatives
based on recommendations from member industries.

E) Establishing and organizing discussion forums on subjects such as
Human Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Health, Safety & Environment (HSE),
and coordinating with statutory forums like the Mutual Aid Response Group (MARG).

F) Providing guidance to individual member industries on specific issues related to
local community interactions, leadership expectations, and industrial relations, based on internal expertise
or shared experiences of other members. Professional or security-related support shall remain the
responsibility of the concerned member industry.

G) Organizing training programs and workshops on topics of interest such as
regulatory amendments, supervisory and executive development, skill development, first aid, and related areas.

H) Conducting and coordinating welfare, recreational events, and competitions
during occasions such as Safety Week and other recommended events by members.
Managing Committee
The Association is governed by a Managing Committee consisting of 11 members,
elected once every two years from among the nominated members. The committee is led by:

- Treasurer
- General Secretary
- Secretary
The office bearers are elected by the elected Managing Committee members in accordance with the Association’s rules and regulations.
